Every quote below is from a Google review of this practice, in the patient's own words.

Dr Chung was extremely thorough in addressing some concerns I had in regards to my teeth. He answered all of my questions and reassured me, which left me feeling confident and comfortable. He explained everything in analogies so I could understand what he was saying in detail without needing to know medical terms. He was very gentle and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Before you come

First visit and FAQ

Your first appointment will usually be a complete initial exam, unless you have a specific problem that requires immediate attention.

  1. Arrive 15 minutes early

That allows time to confirm your insurance information and complete a medical questionnaire.

  2. The initial exam

We document the current conditions in your mouth and all previous dental work, take X-rays, and record the health of your gums.

  3. Your options

A brief overview of your oral health is presented, and the treatment options that best meet your goals and expectations are discussed.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Most patients bring photo ID, their insurance card or plan details, a list of medications, and recent X-rays if they have them.
